Music video platform Vevo announced that Taylor Swift broke the record of most views in 24 hours with Bad Blood.

Taylor Swift epic Bad Blood video broke the Vevo record for most views in 24 hours. 20.1 million have watch the action packed, celebrity invested, action packed sci-fi inspired Bad Blood music video. Bad Blood debuted during the Billboard Music Awards on the weekend, which of course is a great way to kick start a new music video. Taylor Swift did though a great job teasing Bad Blood over a stretch of ten days on social media.

Due to the celebrity filled cast and the Sci-fi factor Bad Blood is a also a must watch for geeks. Considering that Taylor Swift has 57 million Twitter followers, the 20.1 million views for her new music video are not that surprising. Why did not watch more of her fans? Taylor took the crown from Nicki Minaj, whose “Anaconda” music video has held the Vevo record since August 2014 (19.6 million views).
