The Kickstarter project works when the device plugs in in-between the USB outlet and the charging cable just like a dongle
Though there has been a lot of advancement in the technology for charging batteries and there are plenty of newer ways to keep your batteries running for long but no matter how much we try and no matter how far the technology has went, the fact still remains that we all have to charge our devices. If not the phones, then the laptops, or the tablets but the point here is that there is always something on charging in the house and besides the fact that it takes times, we know that we just hate waiting.
Here is a little spark of hope for all those who have been annoyed with the time it takes for the devices to get charged. There is a Kickstarter project which is working on something that is going to cut down on the time it takes for the tablets and smartphones to be charged. They are calling it the Legion Meter and it will cost around $49. The device plugs in in-between the USB outlet and the charging cable just like a dongle and then sets about working its magic. Now you might be thinking that there are some devices out there who just don’t get enough from the USB ports but this is where the meter is going to help them; the Legion Meter will actually allow them to charge as if they were plugged into a wall outlet.
