Uma Thurman And Her Sweet 16 Daughter, Maya Thurman-Hawke Look Like Sisters

Uma Thurman and her 16 year old daughter, Maya Thurman-Hawke, were at the premier of The Theory of everything in New York City. Pretty Maya can be easily mistaken to be Thurman’s little sister. This is because they resemble each other so much like one side of a coin. The young lady has blonde hair and the same skin tone just like her mom. She even has Thurman’s blue eyes.

According to Eonline, the pair was dressed to kill. The two ladies were all smiles as they posed for photos. Maya was dressed in a nice green knee-length  and sleeveless dress. Thurman had settled for blue jeans and a turtle neck top and a black jacket. Maya is actually Pulp Fiction‘s star firstborn. The little princess was born during Thurman’s marriage with Ethan Hawke.

Ethan is also an actor. Unfortunately their marriage did not last more than five years. The couple was blessed with a son just before they divorced in 2003. The boy’s name is Levon Roan and he is 12 years old. The actress later got engaged to Arpad Busson and they got a kid together in 2012. Apparently, the kid has the longest name on the planet, Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson (Luna for short).

Thurman and Busson were not married. They actually broke their engagement two years after getting Luna. Theirs was actually an on and off relationship. When she was asked by Jimmy Fallon why she had given her cute baby such a long name during an interview, she argued that she wanted Luna to carry all the names that she adored but could not use on other kids because she could not imagine giving birth anymore. “I probably wouldn’t get to have any more children, so I just put every name I liked into [Luna’s],”said Thurman.

Early this month, Pagesix had reported that Arpad Busson is dating Kristin Scott Thomas after parting ways with Uma. The new catch is also an actress and she actually starred in The English Patient and Four weddings and a Funeral. Arpad seems to be attracted to celebrities because he was previously dating model Elle Macpherson and they were blessed with two kids.

Though Thomas speaks English, she used to stay in Paris. The star has actually featured in 65 films in English and French thanks to her early exposure to both cultures. Thomas does not regard herself as an experienced actress. She actually refers herself to a “recovering actress”. Her role in The English Patient has been nominated for Oscars.

In the mean time, Thomas is filming for Electra. The scenes are being covered from Old Vic in London. The actress has three kids from her previous marriage with doctor François Olivennes. The name tells it all : he is french. However, their union came to a dead end in 2008.
