It has only been three months since Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder have gotten all over the news over their new affair and they have managed to stay in somehow. Looks like they have gone all serious already as on Thursday the couple revealed that they have added a cute little kitten to their furry family. The announcement was made by Nikki as she posted a picture of herself with the kitten and said they both instantly fell in love with the sweet cat while they were visiting some homeless animals.

The Twilight star captioned the picture saying ‘Went to the animal shelter today to give some love to the babies living in cages who don’t have homes and ended up adopting this little girl! What should we name her?’ Ian also posted a picture with the cat on his own page and captioned it with ‘The newest addition to the family! Holy s*** this little GIRL is amazing! PLEASE Adopt Adopt Adopt.’ Both the actors are advocates of animal adoption and their furry family already includes two German Shepherds called Enzo and Ira. Ian’s pets are also part of this clan; the Vampire Diaries star Ian has pet pooch Neech, as well as another cat named Moke.
