It looks like Warner Bros. and Buffalo Games are looking to team up and save Gotham City from the dastardly Joker and Riddler in the latest announcement. The games will teach preschoolers problem-solving skills while battling against Gotham’s greatest foes.
Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Buffalo Games are teaming up to create an interactive jigsaw puzzle for children aged 3 and up, featuring DC Super Friends. The 48-piece floor puzzle reaches over 3-feet wide and comes with a 3-D Wayne Industries Tower for children to find their favorite superheroes and villains alike.
Batman, Superman, Aquaman and Green Lantern make up the four corners of the game while the children attempt to find the Joker in Gotham City. Produced to teach innovative problem solving, fine motor activity, and cooperative play, the puzzle then turns into a game board when using a spinner and taking turns as the superhero.
Additionally, a smaller 24-piece jigsaw puzzle allows kids to help Batman save Robin from the Joker and Ridder’s devious antics in “Trouble in the Batcave“. Included is an activity booklet that’s used to help solve The Riddler’s brainteasers. The teasers are lessons on the alphabet and numbers, enhancing problem-solving and counting skills, and comparing shapes and situations. Like the large version, the toy is made for children 3 and up and made in the U.S.
The entire Buffalo Games product line will be available for viewing at the New York Toy Fair, February 14-17, at the Jacob K. Javits Center Center. Look for Booth 261.

Quality and quantity offer children the chance to retain educational information while enjoying the opportunity to learn social skills in the meantime. Warner Bros. has consistently worked with Buffalo Games in creating large jigsaw puzzles for all ages.
But it’s not just superheroes who are getting into the 3-D action. The company also launched a game where four princesses must stop a wizard from creating a miserable mess in their castle. Both large games retail for $17.99 while the smaller “Batcave” game retails for $8.95. Other small products include Dino Adventure, Ready for School, and Dig into Learning.
