Xbox Originals to Launch on Xbox One, Xbox 360 and More Devices in June

Microsoft’s Xbox is ready to present some extraordinary entertainment fare from its platform. Xbox Originals are about to bring you fresh live content in the form of movies, documentaries and other exciting shows.

Get ready to hold on to your Xbox. Microsoft has something cool in store for you as a gamer and adrenaline junkie. Everything from dramatic oeuvres and standup comedy not to mention docudramas to amine series, reality TV and sci-fi content will get showcased on the setup.

“We are developing premium, original content for the Xbox community which is an audience we are incredibly respectful of,” said Nancy Tellem, President of Xbox Entertainment Studios. “We believe Xbox Originals should embrace the way our fans think about traditional TV.” 

Xbox One and Xbox 360 will especially feature this lively and stimulating source of pizzazz. Steven Spielberg is working on some of the stuff in conjunction with Microsoft. The Halo Series is part of the game. 

And one of the most beautiful things about it all is that most of the content will be interactive. This of course raises the stakes even higher. This everything-under-one-roof will simply drive the gamers wild with sensory overload. 

“Microsoft has a long and rich legacy in the content business,” said Jordan Levin, Executive Vice President of Xbox Entertainment Studios. “Games have been part of our DNA for at least the last 15 years, and creating original TV content is a logical next step in our evolution.”

Besides Steven Spielberg, Ridley Scott has jumped on the bandwagon as well. The ideational and directorial input from these all-time greats will surely boost the popularity ratings of Microsoft’s venture into the world of media. Then street soccer figures among the entertaining spots on the platform. 

The Xbox crowd will love every second of this new gimmick and will probably linger over each detail in obsessed addiction. Yet this is a healthy outlet for the passions instead of the dangerous world of conflict and aggression normally found in the real world out there. 

Xbox Entertainment Studios is the central hub where all this is taking place and on an urgent basis. Microsoft goes way back to the original game developers’ era and so it has a monopoly over this sort of amusement. And it is just living up to its reputation. 

“I know full well from my years spent at traditional TV networks that creating a lineup of hit shows isn’t easy. It’s the beginning of a long journey, but we’re incredibly excited to be on our way,” Tellem said.

Among the projects lined up for Xbox entertainment are: Halo, Every Street United, Bonnaroo, Signal to Noise, Humans, Deadlands, Extraordinary Believers, Fearless, Gun Machine and Winterworld.
