Zayn Malik finally explains why he quit One Direction

Zayn Malik explained in an interview the issues he had with One Direction and why he quit the boy band.

Zayn Malik admitted in an interview with The Sun that he was not expecting the uproar that occurred when he quit One Direction. He spoke of how when he forwent the tour the band was on and went ahead to his native London, he got the time to think things over. And then he simply called it a day and his stint with One Direction was over.

Since then he has been feeling on top of the world. Believe it or not, but Zayn is not the least bit regretful over leaving the boy band. He did let on this much that it was a bt crazy and impulsive an act, but it made him feel good.

He was finally in control of his life and everything was settled between him and the rest of the members of One Direction. Trouble started when Zayn was accused of cheating on his fiancee Perrie Edwards.  However, later on it was said that the two were still close to one another despite the rumors. 

Zayn has made one thing crystal clear though. He and his bandmates have no differences between them. If he quit, that was his decision and his bandmates were very supportive and showed great understanding as regards his choice.

He said that they caught on to the fact that he was not really enjoying the creative process and needed a long hiatus from music-making. It was just that he was tired of pretending to live a lie. His heart was not in it and Zayn was just going through the motions.

He was so busy making others happy that he forgot that he needed to be happy himself too. But now that is all over and in the past. Zayn is ready to record his own music. In other words, he is going solo.

Zayn cut the crap and said that yes he had broken so many teen girl’s hearts by quitting the band. But it was something he needed to do and was necessary for his mental health. Finally he is the master of his ship and the captain of his fate.

And after taking a bow, Zayn /4/have one door close on him, but many other doors have already opened. And he has been true to himself. Finally, when asked whether he would reconsider joining the band again, Zayn said he couldn’t answer that question.
