Taylor Swift Hires Tree Paine As Her New Publicist

Taylor Swift is always in the public eye and as such, she has lots of people coming at her trying to get her to do things. She has recently split with her publicist Paula Erickson and has hired a new publicist. The new publicist is Tree Paine reports the New York Post.

Swift is a 24-year-old singer/songwriter and actress who keeps very busy. She began her singing career with a move to Nashville, Tennessee when she was 14. Swift was born on December 13, 1989 in Reading, Pennsylvania.

“There isn’t a publicist in NY, LA or Nashville that wouldn’t jump at an opportunity to work with someone as talented as Taylor Swift and her management team,” said Paine.

Swift’s former publicist Paula Erickson had been with her for seven years. Before becoming Swift’s publicist, Paine had been with the Academy of Country Music and Warner Music’s Nashville operation. Paine is setting up a new PR firm to go along with her new job called Premium PR.

Rumors are constantly flying about Swift; Paine will have her hands full. Paine has already taken to twitter to debunk a couple of stories she says are false. Those stories include one about a list of demands that Swift has for a boyfriend and one story from the National Enquirer. It’s unclear what led Swift to get rid of her previous publicist.
