Jennifer Lawrence attends Chris Martin’s Coldplay Concert

Although Jennifer Lawrence did not attend the Beats Music party that was held before the concert on the roof of the Ace Hotel, she was present in the Ace Hotel Theater just minutes before the concert started. 

The Hunger Games star went to see the live performance of her boyfriend Chris Martin, who is a member of the band Coldplay. The concert was held on Wednesday, September 17th, at the Ace Hotel Theater in Downtown, Los Angeles.

“Just before the show was supposed to start, Jennifer Lawrence walked toward the stage, surrounded by a couple of her girlfriends, who were trying to find their seats,” a source told Us Weekly.

“They looked a little rushed, like they wanted to get to their seats before the show started, so someone from the theatre staff helped them out.”

Almost make-up free, Lawrence wore a crop top with a short skirt. And she looked “casual but still really pretty in a slinky, dark blue dress.” After finding seats for her girlfriends, Jennifer took her seat on the balcony.

When Chris Martin came on stage to perform, it looked like he was scanning the audiences in search of his pretty girlfriend. “Chris took a good look around the room and then spotted someone up on the balcony,” the source added. 

“He pointed and said ‘Aha! I see you!’ and then smiled and waved. He kept looking up in that direction during the show and smiled, pointed, sang to her.” 

On the other hand, Jennifer showed her support by dancing on the songs. In fact, a source told E! News, “she danced the entire time.” She really loved Coldplay and Chris Martin’s music. 

“She knew every word to every song and there was a glistening in her eyes as she watched Chris perform,” the source added. “She couldn’t take her eyes off him.”

Coldplay performed all of their classic hits during the concert. One Direction’s Harry Styles and actor Matt Damon were also present at the event. 

And Styles was sitting just behind Lawrence, but her focus was only Chris Martin.

“Jennifer stared adoringly at Chris, both hands in the air, dancing and singing along to ‘Magic,'” the source said. Jennifer Lawrence and her girlfriends went out via a private exit just after the show ended. 

Jennifer Lawrence, 24, started dating Chris Martin, 37, recently. The couple was first spotted together in August at Coldplay’s New York concert. And after that, they were seen together in public many times.

Just ten days ago, the couple was seen having a dinner date in Beverly Hills. And last week, they were also spotted enjoying “a night out with friends at West Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont.” And they were “super affectionate and at ease with each other.”
