Serial Podcast Gets Two More Seasons

The television series titled Serial will air for two more episodes. The cult series will lend some insights into the Adnan Syed murder trial straight from the horse’s mouth.

The podcast Serial will be coming on the air soon. In fact, two of its seasons are already being reworked. The crimewatch series will entertain audiences sometime next year. 

The maker of the magic, Sarah Koenig divulged enough to whet the fans’ appetites but kept enough secret to make them keep coming back for more. But she did let on this much that the whole series will be radically different from the previous drivel.  

“We are hard at work reporting not one, but two distinct new stories. This means we’re planning on a third season of Serial. And we hope it means we can reduce the amount of time between the end of Season Two and the beginning of Season Three. As it stands, we intend to launch Season Two this fall and Season Three next spring,” Sarah wrote in an email to newsletter subscribers on Wednesday (via Bustle).

“Sorry – we can’t tell you details about the new stories yet. What we can say is that they’re very different from season one but no less interesting to us. As it stands we intend to launch season two this fall and season three next spring.”

Serial which is a remake of This American Life takes a peek behind the scenes in the turn of the millennium murder case of Hae Min Lee. 

Her boyfriend Adnan Syed was found guilty. The plots and sub-plots of this situation of “whodunnit?” Agatha Christiesque suspense is enough to appeal to the most ironic and hardened palate.
