Amazon smartphones finally have a new exclusive carrier in the form of AT&T.

Amazon is about to release its new smart phone tomorrow. And AT&T has full plans to be the carrier for this device. Amazon and AT&T have a subtle partnership since the latter also lends wireless amenities for Kindle tablets and e-reader devices.

Furthermore, this step could prove very beneficial for AT&T and that too at a crucial period in time. It /4/have oodles of novel subscribers entering its fold thanks to the smart move. And while Apple and Samsung virtually own the US market, BlackBerry and Nokia are in the doldrums.

Amazon’s 3D smartphone plans to conquer the market with its special and intricate features. It will employ retina tracking techniques to offer an illusion of depth and three dimensional viewing to the naked human eye.

What this means is that no 3D glasses would have to be donned on the bridge of the nose. The smart phone would display objects in real life form without the use of a medium in between man and machine.

“Amazon hopes to distinguish its phone in a crowded market with a screen capable of displaying seemingly three-dimensional images without special glasses”, according to WSJ. “The phone would employ retina-tracking technology embedded in four front-facing cameras, or sensors, to make some images appear to be 3-D, similar to a hologram, according to the story.”

In fact, Amazon is quite excited about the whole thing and plans to showcase its new technology at an event in hometown Seattle tomorrow. And Amazon has already shows the demo versions of its smartphone to developers in San Francisco and Seattle.

By September of this year, shipments of the smartphones will begin and by the time Christmas holidays arrive almost everyone with an ounce of sense and money will own one.

Amazon is all set to expand its repertoire and widen its domain. It wants more objects and devices on its menu and will have its workers and technicians make heaven and earth meet in order to create those clever contraptions.

AT&T used to have a bond with Apple but it lasted for three years only. Today it is where it is thanks to this experience it obtained via the tutelage of Apple. A giant such as Verizon was left biting the dust due to this fillip that AT&T received from Apple.

With the smartphone coming up tomorrow, people are ready to head to the Amazon stores to view the new gadget in all its magnificent glory. Hopefully, they won’t be disappointed.
