Ana Ivanovic was defeated badly in the woman’s tennis championship by Serena Williams.
There were rumors having to do with her left knee injury, but Serena Williams wiped the slate clean by defeating Ana Ivanovic of Serbia in a 6-4, 6-4 winning combination. Twice she demonstrated remarkable agility and acumen as a tennis player and caused the crowd to gasp in wonderment at her sheer flexibility as a player par excellence.
The fact that there were issues with her left knee was a thing of the past since she didn’t show any weakness this time around. She had previously forgone two matches in China due to the fault lines in her left patella. As for the great show she put up presently, it /4/have been in reaction to a racist Russian coach’s remarks about her sister and her which caused quite a furor.
The Russian Shamil Tarpischev termed the two the William Brothers and said they were a scary bunch. Serena in a press conference awhile ago thanked the organization for women’s tennis which fired the coach for 365 days and furthermore fined him $25,000 for his highly insensitive remarks.
Regarding the vulgar comments, Serena said that she thought they were extremely disrespectful not to mention demeaning to Black Americans and women. The coach was described as a big bully by Serena. While playing on court with Ana, Serena sprinted several times and displayed some very complex skills that are beyond the ken of any ordinary soul.
She ended up doing many splits in the midst of her gameplay and then sprung from them back onto her feet like an expert. The elasticity and high level of strength and endurance needed to accomplish these moves could only come from Serena or her sister.
She confessed later on to the press that she also danced as a side job. According to Serena, it helped with her tennis practice. She and her sister are a very able and intelligent duo. They have literally taken the world by storm with their superhuman skills on the court. Serena said that her knee was worrying her in Beijing but today she felt just fine and said she was capable of doing anything.
