Apple is all set to make some radical changes in its upcoming iPhones that will come in second half of this year. The major shift will be in dimensions as screen size can be as large as 5-inches. And as for the iPhone 5C, it is to be scrapped soon.

The factories at Apple are ready to churn out some new stuff that will resonate with the technology-loving crowd. First off, the size of its new iPhone 6 range is to be larger than the current lot. The two novel smart phones are to be 4.5 inches diagonally and 5 inches diagonally respectively.

That is a huge difference and will take some adapting to. As for the casing, it is not going to be plastic-based like the one on the iPhone 5C. Rather the models for the future will imitate the iPhone 5S with its shining gold and silver metallic casing. Furthermore, the smartphones of the times to come will not be curved.

The iPhone 5C meanwhile is headed for the dustbin of history. It is a project that will be put on hold indefinitely. Besides the bigger screens and metallic casings, the fresh gadgets from Apple will feature a ton of other quality integrated hardware and software. The large screens will be particularly popular in China which is a huge potential market.

These changes made by Apple came about after some honest and well-thought calculations were made by the experts in their labs. iPhone demands have surged too by 10% making the smart phone deal a lucrative one for Apple. The times ahead look good for Apple provided it hears the voice of its audience (which is the world).
