Banks thinks that the media is biased sometimes and it treats her and Iggy Azalea differently.
The rapper from Harlem has some questions for the media and she thinks that the media has been treating her differently. She wants to know why some people in the media are trying to make her look bad.
Azealia has been keeping close tabs on Iggy and Snoop Dogg. The two have made peace now. She wants to know where the media was when T.I. was threatened her to push down the stairs.
where was the “black” media when T.I threatened to push you down the stairs? where was the BET “domestic abuse” cipher? @AZEALIABANKS— Ted Bawno (@tedbawno) October 15, 2014
She said when it came to stars like Snoop Dogg, the media was always there. The media covered the Snoop’s digital assault on Iggy. Some people in the media were questioning Snoop’s behavior.
Snoop continued his assault on Iggy and at one point he called her a “c—t”. Snoop usually called Iggy a “bitch”. Banks didn’t name any of the media outlets but she did make a strong point.
People are starting to listen to the rapper and now it seems like her fan following is growing on social media. She wants to know where those media outlets were when she had a spat with Tip in June.
The war of words began in 2012 when T.I. took up for Iggy in her beef with Azealia Banks. Azealia had some cheap shots on T.I.’s wife and T.I. replied by a public post in which he said that if she ever spoke about her family again, he was going to end Azealia Banks’ life.
His post had a caption “people fall down stairs daily”. The rapper also talked about his fight with MTV News. It was because of T.I. that Snoopy and Iggy made peace.
Snoop Dogg went on Instagram and he apologized publicly to Iggy Azalea. Iggy said that she accepted Snoop’s apology and that things are peaceful between them.
Azealia Banks wants to know why T.I. didn’t attack Snoop Dogg in the same way he did to her. Azalea believes that there is a black media and a white media and they both can be biased at some points.
