The already released Bud Light Super Bowl 2015 Ad feature a real life PacMan game. Now there is a behind the scenes video showing what goes into making a real PacMan game. It is amazing!

The Bud Light Super Bowl 2015 Ad gives an unsuspecting guy an experience of a life-time. He goes from getting a Bud Light at a bar into playing a real life-sized PacMan game. The Bud Light Super Bowl 2015 Ad has been released online about a week ago and has now 6.8 million views.

Today Anheuser-Busch released a very cool behind the scenes video about the making of the Bud Light Super Bowl Ad. It is amazing what went into making a real PacMan game. The makers of the ad could not rely on special effects and CGI because they needed to create a real PacMan experience for this dude.

For instance they used a technology called BlackTrax to turn the lights of the points off as the guy walks over them. The system uses vision to track the player and turn the dots off when he passes them.

Besides the effort it took to make the world’s largest PacMan game, Bud Light also invested into the surrounding party hiring DJ White Shadow to remix the original PacMan sounds. You can listen to the full remix below.

The behind the scenes video make the Bud Light Ad more amazing, but I still think Bud Light could have done more. I liked last year’s surprising celebrity appearances. The Bud Light Super Bowl Ad is the most exciting for Riley who actually got to play the PacMan game. Just watching him experiencing it is not over the top exciting.
