Audio and Video intellectual property to be in Vegas

The upcoming International Consumer Electronics Show will be begin on January 6th in Las Vegas and one company that will be exhibiting there is the publicly traded company, Cadence Design Systems, Incorporated. Cadence will have their exhibits set up at the Las Vegas Convention Center during the four days of CES 2015. Cadence executives are asking that you send them an email in order for companies to set up face to face meetings with company engineers.

Cadence says that they plan on showcasing their Tensillica and MIPI intellectual properties. Some of the new technologies that Cadence has on hand for CES 2015 are headphones that can be transformed into producing home theater quality sound. This can be done with the help of Cadence’s exclusive Xtensa processor and their HiFi Audio DSP. This same technology will also be used to showcase how small speakers can be used on mobile devices in order to produce a more clearer and theater type sound.

The Xtensa processor and HiFi Audio DSP will also be used at Cadence’s CES 2015 exhibit to show how digitally compressed music can be restored to its original quality and can be very vital in audio restoration projects. Cadence will also be exhibiting new face recognition technology that will be marketed to the automobile, mobile device, gaming, and security industries.

Cadence Design Systems, Inc. is a San Jose, California based company. They also have sales outlets and centers all over the world and have long worked with computer and semiconductor companies worldwide in developing hardware and consumer electronics. Cadence’s exhibit area will be located in the Las Vegas Convention Center on the Ground Floor of the South Hall. Their exhibit booth will be in meeting room MP25677. It is being announced that Cadence will be at CES 2015 for the first three days of the event.
