Captain America tie in changes Agents of SHIELD

Agents of SHILED is one of those shows I really wanted to like. I am a big fan of the Marvel movies and wanted to see a weekly series that focused on that world. Sadly, after a few episodes it was clear that the TV series lacked the magic that the movies offered. I wanted to see a bunch of super heroes beating up bad guys and all we get are normal folks solving crimes with a supernatural bent.

The series isn’t unaccustomed to tie ins, one happened with the last Thor movie earlier this season. The latest Captain America movie in theaters, the Agents of SHIELD series has another tie in. I haven’t watched this episode yet, honestly, I haven’t watched it in a long time, but all episodes sit on my DVR waiting for me to get bored.

Variety says that with events in Captain America decimating SHILED the show will take a big turn. Exactly what the big turn is remains unknown. I hope that it will make the show more entertaining. I don’t see why they can’t bring more comic book superheroes into the mix. I know you can’t have a big movie star in the series each week, but can’t we get some lesser known but cool superheroes.

Lady Sif was lame if you ask me. I want heroes that are like what we see on Avengers and Iron Man. We aren’t even sure SHILED will last with ratings not being that great for the show so far.
