The exclusive interview with Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar will be aired on June 3 on Fox News.
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar will open up about their son’s molesting allegations and have an exclusive sit down interview with Megyn Kelly at their home in Arkansas.
The bulk of the interview with Duggar parents will air on Fox News on Wednesday June 3 during “The Kelly File” while additional portions will be aired in a one-hour special show on Friday at 8 p.m.
This will be the first time when Jim and Michelle Duggar are giving an interview to any show after their elder son Josh’s molestation admission. Josh confessed of molesting several girls including his siblings during teenage when the “In Touch Weekly” reported about his wrongdoing. He resigned his position at the Family Research Council on /4/21.
Last week, in a Facebook post, Duggar family termed the incident as “one of the most difficult times of our lives.” They were “shocked” when they came to know the bad mistake of their son which he made when he was a teenager.
Josh also issued an apology, saying “I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret. I hurt others, including my family and close friends.”
The Duggar Family blog also confirms an exclusive interview with host Megyn Kelly.
“Next week we will sit down with Megyn Kelly to share our hearts with you about the pain that we walked through as a family twelve years ago, the tears we all shed and the forgiveness that was given. We appreciate the outpouring of love and prayers for our family at this time.”
TLC removed all the episodes of the hit reality show right after the confession of Josh Duggar. Although the future of show is yet to be officially decided but the production of new season is highly unlikely especially after when dozens of advertisers have announced to pull their ads in the wake of the incident.
“The 19 Kids and Counting Family” was started in 2008.
