This is a story about knowing your customers.

Emily Ratajkowski is one of the hottest models. She rose to fame when she appeared in the sexy Robin Thicke music video Blurred Lines. The hot model is on the cover of the GQ July issue. She only wears a flower neckless. She looks absolutely stunning. While the GQ July cover is great for men around the world, it is not ideal to send as a gift to Land’s End customers.

The clothing retailer mailed the GQ July edition to its most valued customers. This is one of the best stories about companies not knowing their customers. According to the New York Times, customers got quite disturbed by the sexy cover of the magazine.

The CEO of Lands’ End has since apologized to its customers in an email: ““I would like to start by extending my most sincere apologies,” Edgar Huber, the chief executive of Lands’ End, wrote in an email. “We are aware that you have received or will be receiving shortly the July issue of GQ magazine with a suggestive cover.”

As we know our customers here is the full GQ cover in hi-res and below the unbelievably sexy making-of-video. GQ shot Emily Ratajkowski in Hawaii, the sexiest place in the world.

Emily Ratajkowski will appear in the upcoming movie Gone Girl with Ben Affleck. Emily Ratajkowski will also be featured in the September issue of Vanity Fair. See the sexy making of video below.
