Carr & Ferrell, LLP to offer complimentary service

If you happen to be an inventor who has an excellent idea aimed at the consumer electronics market then Las Vegas is the place you need to be. Starting on January 6th, 2015 and going through January 9th, 2015, the Consumer Electronics Association will be hosting their annual International Consumer Electronics Show. CES 2015 will bring nearly 4,000 exhibitors to Vegas with an estimated 150,000 people expected to attend during the four day conference. Aspiring developers would love to visit the Sands Expo and booth #70555 as it is here that Carr & Ferrell, LLP will be offering free patent applications to any and all attendees.

All that Carr & Ferrell is asking is that potential patent applicants bring notes about their idea and some basic drawings. After the company does an evaluation of the idea and product, they will then go through the necessary steps and paperwork to make sure that by the end of CES 2015 the idea will have ‘patent pending’ status. Carr & Ferrell representatives say that the patent claim filing and the patent pending process is the first step as far as bringing an invention or idea to market and fruition. The most important thing they say is that it established a filing date which means that the idea will be protected thus eliminating the chance for the idea or product to be stolen.

Also at CES 2015, Carr & Ferrell, LLP will be giving away free books that are authored by nationally known patent consultant, John Ferrell. The book is titled ‘The 90 Minute Guide to Filing Your Own Application’. It goes into detail about the process of filing a patent claim with the United States Patent and Trade Office.

Carr & Ferrell, LLP is based in California’s Silicon Valley and specialize in patent applications, intellectual property claims, and other business associated litigations.
