Giudice Sentencing has reached its Final Stages
It’s the lockup for both. Teresa and Joe Giudice are convicted of fraud and financial hanky-panky charges. Both appeared on the reality TV show titled The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
But now they will be getting a really solid dose of bitter and brutal realism as they spend their time behind bars for awhile. The New Jersey courtroom where they received their individual sentences was the last phase of the incrimination process.

Joe got 41 months and as for Teresa, she was given a lighter sentence of 15 months. The two were guilty and this had been proven in the eyes of the law. And since everyone is equal before the law, their status as reality TV stars did not make an iota of difference to the judge.

In addition to the jail time, both will have to face two years of supervised probation. The couple will need to give up approximately $414,588 in assets. The husband and wife were also fined ten and eight grand respectively.
Thus ends a case against a pair of extreme fraudsters who tried to get away with earning a lot of money the wrong way. They lived the Life of Riley and had the most expensive meals, services and lifestyle.
Yet today all that is no more. Pride has a fall. Among the charges that were pending against them /4/be included: conspiracy to perpetrate mail and wire fraud.

Falsehood on mortgage and loan applications were two other things the two were blamed for. They got their comeuppance in a capitalist system that breeds its monsters.
Meanwhile, their four daughters will be taken care of since that is the main concern of both Joe and Teresa. It’s technically not the kid’s fault that their parents committed such criminal acts.
Teresa said at the end of the court session that she still asked herself the question that why all this was happening to her. But she tried to stay positive despite the obvious cause for depression and dejection.
“I’m not focusing on that right now. I’m focusing on just staying positive and being like every other mom out there,” Teresa Giudice said. “You go through things in life, I don’t know why, I mean I’m asking like, ‘Why? Why is this happening to me?’ ”
Both she and her husband hurriedly got into an SUV and left the court premises before they could be hounded by the journalists or paparazzi.
