These rules appear to be absolutely reasonable and protect her rights to privacy and cleanliness in her own house

Though we don’t really hold any grudges against Kate Gosselin, we also wont go to an extra extent just to support her for anything she does. But when it comes to right or wrong, it is always about defending the right thing. We do have a thing or two against the recent report which has emerged from Radar Online and talks about the “strict” rules imposed by Kate for her reality show. The use of the word “strict” is pretty unfair here because there is nothing strict here. The rules are quite reasonable and anyone would want to protect his/her privacy.

What most critical people are referring to as ‘strict rules’ are merely requests for privacy and respect and safety and cleanliness and it is not hard to understand why someone would want to focus on these aspects when there is a bunch of strangers holding cameras in a house full of eight children. Radar has quoted Kate where she says that the crew is like family but it goes to imply that the rules pain a different picture. Let us look at a few of these ‘strict’ rules laid down by Kate Gosselin.

One of them says “This home address is NEVER to be discussed or written down. Directions to this house are not to be discussed either.” Who would agree that not disclosing information about your home is strictness? Everyone has a right ot their privacy and when it comes to home, she sure has every right to set the rules.

Another one says “Absolutely no smoking or drinking alcohol on our entire property (or on the road in front of our house).” And we don’t even think this one needs any explanation.
