Gossip Girl, Kelly Rutherford expressed her feelings on losing the custody case for her kids. It had been a half a dozen years since she had been fighting the losing battle for ownership of her children from her husband.
Kelly Rutherford’s ex-hubby, Daniel Giersch finally won full rights to being the guardian and protector of his kids. Gossip girl and girl-about-town Kelly Rutherford has lost a six year custody case battle that has been painful to say the least.
She has two kids Hermes and Helena who are 8 and 5 years old respectively from her ex. And she wanted to be their patron. But a California court did not grant her request and instead allowed their paterfamilias to have full custody rights over them in France. The kids won’t be coming home to mommy in the States.
Rutherford told FoxNews that what had just happened was unfair and something she still hadn’t gotten over. It was the most tragic and sad event of her life.

Meanwhile, her husband has been disallowed entry into the United States so she will have to travel all the way to France to see and be with her kids. All her hard-earned money was spent on the custody case and so Rutherford is currently bankrupt to boot.
The lawyers representing Rutherford have however told her not to give up so soon. Kelly Rutherford should continue fighting the case and keep the pressure on her ex-husband to allow the kids to return to the US of A.
