This will be the first Android free device to feature the leather design
Thanks to @evleaks, we had a peek at the leaked picture which hinted towards a Chromebook by Samsung and this image recently made the rounds on Twitter with many people guessing what could be behind the leather finish and the Google Chrome logo. From what the pictures have revealed so far, the new Chromebook by Samsung is going to have a similar look like the one that’s featured on its new smartphones and tablets.
This new release will be the Samsung Chromebook 2 which is yet to be released officially and it features the same stitched faux leather finish as the Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy Tab Pro family, etc. The new device certainly has an interesting price tag because this will become the first Android-free device by Samsung to feature a design like this. A sleek Samsung Series 9 ultrabook-like profile is what we can make out from the leaked picture and since it’s coming with a leather finish, it will supposedly be placed in the upper market segment.
