Lindsay Lohan has disappointed again as she falls short of the required Community Service hours she was supposed to complete. According to the prosecutor as a result of Lindsay’s negligence an arrest warrant /4/even be issued.

Previously the judge had called Lindsay out for having made up completed hours of her community service. During the last hearing Lindsay claimed her stint on a theater production in London should be considered as Community Service but the judge was not buying it and she still remains on probation.

Lindsay has to complete community service as she is on probation for a reckless driving case filed in 2012 when she crashed her sports car on the Pacific Coast Highway. The Mean Girls star had been on her way to a film shoot when the accident occurred.

The judge ordered Lindsay to complete 125 hours of Community Service before the 28th of /4/as the deadline, however Lindsay seems to have fallen short of the serious obligation.

A prosecutor from Santa Monica, California even criticized Lindsay’s actions earlier and is slated to appear in the hearing which will take place on Thursday. Lindsay previously shared a pic of her with a stack of files saying she’s been doing her community service but the London organization has informed the prosecutor that Lindsay has only completed 20 short hours of community service. Even if an arrest warrant is issued, Lindsay can remain in London to evade arrest as there is not extradition plan for misdemeanor charges.
