Leaked internal email says that Macy’s Black Friday 2014 Sale starts earlier this year.

The Macy’s Black Friday sale started at 8pm on Thanksgiving Day last year. That could change this year. An alleged internal email has leaked online that prepares employees for Macy’s Black Friday 2014 sale to start at 6pm on Thanksgiving Day in stores.

Macy’s Black Friday 2014 Sale starting at 6pm Thanksgiving Day is confirmed.

It is not clear if this letter is legit, but it fits with the trend of Black Friday moving into Thanksgiving Day. As reported a couple days ago, the Kmart Black Friday 2014 sale is already supposed to start at 8am on Thanksgiving Day.

Walmart is also supposed to open on Thanksgiving morning, but the Walmart Black Friday 2014 Sale is expected to start at 6pm.
