Matthew McConaughey, Camila Alves stun at the Red Carpet

Matthew McConaughey was seen with wife Camila Alves and other family members on a red carpet event.

Matthew McConaughey was seen with his whole family on the red carpet event of the American Cinematheque Awards. He came to that event with wife Camila Alves, her mother Fatima Alves and children. He was also joined by his mother Kay McConaughey who was accompanied with her date C.J.Carlig. This family looked lovely on the red carpet event and also remained a center of attraction for reporters. 

44- year- old Matthew McConaughey who is an Oscar winner was presented an award at this event. He was given an award in recognition of his 21- year long career in the film industry. His career started in 1993 when he appeared in the movie “Dazed and Confused”.

 Camila Alves looked lovely in her black gown that hugged her in all her curves. Her makeup was fantastic and she looked very stylish. Camila Alves also had her two children along with her. She gave birth to her youngest son one and half years ago who was not present on this event.

However, her two other kids were there. McConaughey’s children, Levi 6 and Vida 4, accompanied their parents. Both of them wore formal wear and looked adorable. Levi wore a tuxedo just like his father while little Vida wore a dress with laces. She looked most adorable on that red carpet event.

Camila Alves‘s 83-year-old mother-in-law wore a golden colored dress that came down to her knees. She looked beautiful and it was great to see her look decent yet elegant in her dress. She reported that she felt honored and excited that her son was getting this award. She added that her son had worked really hard to earn this award. She revealed that this year had been great for her family and it was proving to be an exciting one as well. 

“I’m so happy I’m beaming!” she told Us Weekly. “This year has been exciting for me to see him go through this knowing he’s earned it – he’s worked hard and people don’t always get rewarded but he has. It’s nice to see him getting rewarded for what he does so well.”

McConaughey said that he could never pick his best films as he thought that he had worked on almost all subjects.
