The Windows 10 is the next generation of Windows that Microsoft introduced at the Windows 10 Event at the company’s headquarter in Redmond yesterday.

Finally Microsoft introduced its next generation of windows, Windows 10 at the Windows 10 Event on Wednesday. The Windows 10 is said to begin an era of more personal computing for the users.

Microsoft claimed that this was the vision that led them to work tirelessly towards Windows 10 and move from the standard Windows that enables a single device to a world that is going to be more mobile and natural.

Microsoft with the new Windows 10 wants to make the user’s experiences more mobile rather than just limited to their devices only. Today it is very necessary that technology should be put out of the way in order for people’s apps, content and services to move with them across different devices, easily and seamlessly.

In today’s connected and transparent world people want privacy and that interacting with technology should be as easy and natural as interacting with people. Now this is what Microsoft claims that it will cater in its new developments such as the Windows 10 and HoloLens.

Keeping up to their promises and ideals of providing easy and advanced technology to the world, Microsoft announced today that they will be providing a free upgrade for Windows 10 for their customers who are currently running Windows7, Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1.

This upgrade will be made available free of cost as soon as the Windows 10 is launched in the market. Moreover this will be a more than one time upgrade. This is because once the users upgrade their devices to Windows 10; Microsoft will continue to develop and keep it current for the supported lifetime of the device and this too will be free of cost.

It seems that Microsoft is all set to give its users and customers an experience that no one else can deliver. Plus all users need to be happy because once they upgrade to Windows 10 they will keep receiving new features from Microsoft.

Plus Microsoft states that Windows as one of the largest Internet service on the planet in the coming years. Well if this is true or not will depend on the experience Microsoft provides to its users.

Moreover with universal Windows apps that work across the entire device family, the developers will be able to create one app that can than target the broadest range of devices that include the PC, phone, Microsoft’s own Xbox, tablet, the Internet of Things and many more.

Moreover Microsoft has stated that with their Windows Insiders the company is on its way to making the Windows 10 the largest ever open collaborative development effort that the company has ever developed.

The company came up with this Windows Insiders Program in September and since then nearly 1.7 million people have joined and become a part of this program. These Windows Insiders have delivered nearly 800,000 pieces of feedback. Microsoft states that they are creating future with the help of these Insiders and they look forward to their feedback.
