Much Awaited Meizu m2 Note revealed

Meizu has announced its m2 Note with global LTE support

Earlier today Meizu announced the much expected M2 Note which comes with even more better specs than its predecessor and to sweeten the deal the price tag is same as its predecessor, M1 Note. The M2 Note is only 8.7 mm thick and features a polycarbonate body and comes in different color options. There is not much of a change in design when compared with its predecessor. The newly announced phablet, as earlier mentioned comes with some powerful specs and one of the main things about a phablet is its display.

The M2 Note comes with a 5.5 inch Full HD display. Meizu has added the IGZO panel, which is made by Sharp and claims that it will give 1000:1 contrast ratio, which sounds really impressive. The new Phablet from Meizu is powered by Mediatek chipset, octa core Cortex A53 processor clocked at 1.3 GHz and Mali T720 GPU. It comes with 2 GB RAM, which is just the same as its predecessor, while internal storage has seen the improvement and is now 32 GB with an option to expand it with the help of an SD card. Though there is a catch, the second SIM slot acts as an SD card slot so you cannot use your second SIM and SD card at the same time.

To provide you enough juice for the day, it has a 3100 mAh battery as well. It also has a 13 MP rear camera which uses a Samsung made CMOS sensor so you can expect some good quality images. It also has a 5 MP front facing camera for selfies and video calling. One of the highlights of the phone is the global LTE coverage, the new chipset has Cat.4 LTE that allows you to download at speed up to 150 Mbps.

Without a doubt, the Meizu M2 Note is quite a Phablet with such powerful specs and costs $40 shy of $200 is something worth bragging. The Phablet does look amazing on paper and it would be interesting to see how it performs when it gets released.
