Rob Thomas Finger gets Sliced

Rob Thomas thought it would be a fun idea to take pictures and post them on Twitter informing his fans about the progress of his wound. He also joked that the song of the day has to Fingertips by Stevie Wonders.

So what happens when a guy goes to a kitchen and tries to make breakfast, especially if he is the lead singer on a famous band like Matchbox Twenty–Rob Thomas. 

According to his latest pictures on Twitter, he sliced a nip of his middle finger while he tried to make breakfast. The singer’s first pic was of his finger wrapped in kitchen towel.

I would have suggested to put it under water but I guess he found the kitchen towel first. He then posted a pic of his bare finger while he was at the hospital. 

The finger had a cleanly sliced tip that was not normal to watch but he joked about it anyway saying there used to be more finger there.

The next pic was of his finger in a hospital bandage which might have made him feel a little better because the pic was accompanied by his comment that the bandage was much better.

Before the situation got grueling or even serious, the singer joked that the song of the day might be Fingertips by Stevie Wonders. What could we expect from a musician?

To turn a situation straight to music and make it light. He might find it difficult to play his guitar until the finger recover but there are ways that could be done faster. Until then, Rob might wanna rest his fingers.
