The Super Bowl 2014 set a new record in terms of TV viewers. On average 111.5 million watch the Super Bowl XLVIII on Fox.



The Seattle Seahawks won the Super Bowl 2014. The Seahawks smashed the Broncos with 43 to 8. The Budweiser Super Bowl Ad Puppy Love won the most important Super Bowl 2014 Ad ranking. The Super Bowl 2014 broadcast on Fox won the title of most viewed in history.

Nielsen released their TV ratings report for the Super Bowl. The Super Bowl XLVIII on Fox had an average of 111.5 million viewers. This is about 3 million more than last year’s Super Bowl. Super Bowl 2014 beats the 2012 Super Bowl by about 140,000 views. AS this are preliminary numbers it could be that there is still going to be a change in the ranking as the numbers between the 2012 and 2014 Super Bowl broadcast are pretty close.

Nielsen also reported that 5.6 million people in the U.S. sent 25.3 million tweets over the course of the Big Game.
