Super Bowl Team Coaches Bill Belichic and Pete Carroll can Win a Trip to Croatia

Bill Belichic and Pete Carroll can not just win the Vince Lombardi Trophy on Sunday, but also a trip to Croatia.

There is some be extra motivation for Super Bowl Team coaches Bill Belichic and Pete Carroll to win the Super Bowl 49. The coach who wins the Super Bowl gets a free trip to Croatia.

Why? The whole thing started a couple days ago at a press-conference. A reporter pointed out that Belichic and Carroll have both Croatian ancestors. This will be the first Croatian Super Bowl match. There is another coach with Croatian heritage in the NFL with Nick Saban.

According to Forbes, the Croatian National Tourist Office jumped on the Super Bowl and Croatia connection and announced to award the winning coach an all-expense paid trip to Croatia in 2015. Nice move Croatia. Not as big of a Super Bowl hi-jacking like from Newcastle Brown Ale (Band of Brands) or from Volvo (#VolvoContest), but good attempt.

The Super Bowl 2015 will take place on February 1, 2015 in Arizona. The Super Bowl XLIX game will be played in the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale. NBC is broadcasting the Super Bowl 2015.
