On the Survivor: Worlds Apart series finale, the winner definitely took it all this time around.

Mike was the winner in the Survivor series. And he was selected from a handful of candidates. Dan left after awhile and the countdown to the winning lot started in earnest. Carolyn tried her best to not get chucked out. And her supporters did choose for her to continue with her presence on the platform. Mike however didn’t vote for her.

Rodney and Will diss Carolyn for not being gracious enough to leave in a sportswomenlike manner. Carolyn fears Mike and doesn’t want to side with him. The relatives of Mike, Carolyn, Rodney, Sierra and Will meet them in a get-together that serves as quality bonding time for them all.

The survivors face challenges and tasks that they have to complete with skill and style. They get to wriggle beneath a netting, shove tiles across a table and into a cavity, carry the tiles on a rickety device to another table and use them to settle a solution to a riddle.

Will sprints out of the opening, but he slips somewhere and loses stamina in the process. Mike is better off since he reached the table on time. As for the rest of the contestants, they fall behind these two. Mike wins this one and gets several benefits as a result.

Mike and Deborah make a beeline for the next obstacle course. They have handkerchiefs tied above their noses so they couldn’t see. And they have to collect medals representing the four directions. Mike is the first to gain a medallion. Later on Mike does some chores while Deborah tries a different tack on for size. When they decide to kick out Rodney, and Rodney comes to know about it, he is mad as hell.

Then there are other hurdles such as untying knots, climbing poles, using a key to open a bag and coming down a slide. All the players face the upheavals and stresses of these challenges and try their best. They use every tool of survival at their disposal.

Mike again wins and Rodney ends up playing second fiddle. Carolyn and Will are at the third and fourth spot respectively. As for the rest of the trials and tribulations by fire, they continue unabated and lead to the survivors ending up being some very world-weary travelers indeed.

But in the final analysis, Mike is the Survivor: Worlds Apart winner without a question. His total number of votes and achievements are what make him the ideal candidate to win the series.
