The rapper, Vanilla Ice, tried to explain away some of the racism that got displayed in The Ridiculous Six, an Adam Sandler production.

Many Native American members of the film The Ridiculous Six decided to boycott the movie due to some of its disgustingly racist scenes. But one member who played Mark Twain in the film, the White rap artist, Vanilla Ice, has decided to act as a devil’s advocate for the scriptwriters and production crew.

He said in an interview with TMZ that it was just a funny movie that meant nothing serious in the long run. Vanilla Ice went so far as to compare it negatively to Dances with Wolves which was much more sober in its depiction of such a topic.

Vanilla Ice said that since he had Indian blood in his veins too, he could see things from both perspectives. It was only a lighter take on the Cowboys and Indians tale of olden times. And there was just nonsensical and meaningless stuff in it that was meant to be taken with a grain of salt.

The demeaning stuff shown in the movie is anti-Indian and anti-feminist in nature. These are of course very serious issues in today’s politically correct age so Vanilla Ice /4/be on the wrong side of the fence for once.
