Verizon now gives you 50% off on Android phones priced at $199 or more
  • Xperia Z3, Motorola Droid on deal
  • Other discounts on phones too
  • 2 year contract attached

The Galaxy Note 4 can now be had for just $149.99

With the Holiday season in full swing we are obviously expecting tons of new deals as each ne tries to do better than the other to attract the gift givers near Christmas. Verizon has brought for you the perfect idea of a gift with its amazing Android smartphone deals.

If you thought that a phone would make a great gift for someone special but you’d been keeping that idea inside your pocket for some time now thinking it would be quite heavy on your wallet and looking for other gift idea, then stop looking. Because now Verizon is offering Android smartphones, which normally cost $199 or more, with a two-year contract for just 50% of their price. This means that if you opt for the latest Samsung Galaxy Note 4, then you would only have to pay $149.99 instead of the $299.99 which you would normally have to shell out.

The same goes for other new smartphones including the Xperia Z3V which you can now buy for $99.99 as well as the Motorola Droid Turbo which can be purchased for the same price. Verizon is also putting up discounts on some other Android smartphones too apart from this deal which also includes the Galaxy S5 which is now available for $99.99.

Of course there had to be a catch here and for this deal Verizon is asking us to get tied with a two year contract. So at one end you are getting the advantage of saving a lot of money on these latest smartphones, but only at the cost of slaving up to the carrier for the next 24 months.
