The Form of Treatment is your own Decision: After getting many opinions all of which differed, one has to decide on one’s own what one should do about the cancer. The routes to recovery are many.

Hair Loss is a very Common Symptom: A part and parcel of the chemotherapy sessions is hair loss. And it might feel rather odd at first but ultimately you have to face the inevitable.

You have to be a Fighter: You have to hang in there and turn that frown upside down. By being in a proactive and positive frame of mind you are in a way warding off the negative effects of cancer.

Diet is the Word: If there is one thing that has a huge impact on cancer it is your nutritional profile. A Standard American Diet (SAD) causes the body to react and it often causes cancer and many other diseases. By cleaning up your diet you stay protected from cancer.

Awareness is Everything: Read very FDA approved label on the food products in your supermarket aisle shelves. Your life depends upon it.

Palliative Measures are a Possibility: Sticking needles into your body is a fundamental part of chemotherapy. You can have a direct port to prevent the painful experience of being injected with hypodermic syringes.

A Good Diet during Chemotherapy is Crucial: This is a very basic and important facet of the recuperation process since the chemo regimen doesn’t differentiate between normal cells and cancer cells.

A Bit of Self-Love comes in Handy: Be good to yourself and indulge in some self-care and self-grooming to keep the cancer blahs away!

Get some Community Care: The warmth and support of other people be they friends or family is vital. People not products are what matter in life.

Care is better than Cure: Always be on the defensive and keep getting checkups so as to ensure that you don’t have the dreaded disease.
