Comedy Central’s Stephen Colbert will star in two Wonderful Pistachios Super Bowl 2014 ads.
The Super Bowl 2014 will take place on February 2, 2014. Once again the Super Bowl commercials are besides the game the biggest draw for viewers. The Super Bowl 2014 ad line-up is shaping up and so is our annual Super Bowl Ads for Geeks coverage.
Wonderful Pistachios is teaming up with Stephen Colbert, Emmy Award-winning host and Executive Producer of Comedy Central’s “The Colbert Report,” for their two Wonderful Pistachios Super Bowl 2014 ads. The ads will kick off a new partnership with Mr. Colbert under the campaign theme, “Get Crackin’, America.”
“Since I was a child, I’ve dreamed of working with America’s premier nut company,” said Stephen. “The fact that it turns out to be the good folks at Wonderful Pistachios is just the pistachio on top of the ice cream sundae.”

As part of the year-long partnership, Stephen and Wonderful Pistachios’ in-house creative agency Fire Station will team up to create a series of several TV spots throughout 2014 highlighting the “Get Crackin’, America” rallying cry.

Super Bowl 2014 will take place in New Jersey on February 2, 2014. The big game will be played in the Metlife stadium in East Rutherford. It will be the first outdoor, cold-weather Super Bowl.
