Bryan Singer posts pictures of the X-Men Apocalypse production artwork and set designs on his Instagram account.

Bryan Singer has definitely generated a lot of interest in the upcoming installment of the X-Men trilogy that started with X-Men: First Class followed by X-Men: Days of the Future Past. X-Men: Apocalypse is the most highly anticipated of comic based movies to be released in 2016. The past few months have been spent in confirmation of the cast and the crew.

The production is busy with the preparations for the movie which is set to start shooting in April this year. Before the actors get involved, the production has to complete all the props and designs, test them and give them the go ahead to be used in the movie.  One could anticipate that the production is busy with preparing for the movie which is set to start shooting in April this year. The best part is that Bryan Singer has decided to share what they have been up to with his production designer, Grant Major.

Major has been involved with the production design of the entire ‘Lords of the Ring” trilogy. He is the production design protégé. That makes us anticipate a ‘Major’ production design (pun intended). Bryan has been giving us glimpses of what they have been up to. He has shared a few pictures of the production artwork which involves amazing graphic detail which shows some kind of a majestic spaceship hovering over a silhouette.

Some production art. #XmenApocalypse #GrantMajor I was a little busy but will continue to snap more.

Is En Sabah Nur Celestial spaceship going to be involved in one of the scenes? The fans hope so? A production design of one of the sets which looks like the ‘Malcolm X Home for Gifted Students’;  a haven for all mutant children that Professor X can find. We can’t say for sure as the set was a white model yet to be refurbished.  A model for ‘Cerebero’ complete with the steel door design we all remember since the first movie.

A picture is of Bryan and Grant testing out the wheelchair designs for Professor X wheelchairs. Even though things are still in works, it has caused major excitement in the fans. They are demanding more and Singer will definitely be sharing more in the future.

Future pictures are surely going to be with the cast which will include James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicolas Hoult, Rose Byrne and newcomers Alexandra Shipp, Sophie Turner, and Tye Sheridan as young versions of Storm, Jean Grey, and Cyclops. Simon Kinberg from a treatment by Mike Dougherty, Dan Harris and Kinberg have written the script for the movie and Singer has assured that the last installment of the trilogy is going to be the biggest and the most exciting to date.
