CM Punk has sued the WWE over certain unpaid royalties. His lawyer has sent a letter comprising 22 pages to the professional wrestling organization regarding the overdue payments.
CM Punk sues WWE over Unpaid Royalties
CM Punk is in a right tizzy. He wants the WWE to pay him his dues for the usage of his image in the WWE 2k15. Not for nothing has his lawyer sent the WWE a letter that goes on and on.
There is a feeling rife that Punk was not paid by the WWE due to the fact that he just did an about turn left the fight entertainment company high and dry.
Finally, there are other rumors that have cropped up. Wrestlemania is a land of rumors and the wilder they are the better they elicit a response from the audience.
Meanwhile, Brock Lesnar is all set to defeat John Cena. It is going to be a fight to the finish. Seth Rollins too wants to interfere in this match of the century.
As for the scriptwriters for NXT and SmackDown, they have undergone a role reversal. The former will do the work of the latter and vice versa.
And last but not least, Jim Ross has left and he isn’t coming back. It is bye bye for now and there is no looking back for him.
Basically, the world of WWE is quite a complex hub where all sorts of underhand politics and conflicts take place on a day to day level.
The wrestlers and the administration have a hard time coping with each other’s attitude and bossiness and ultimately it is every man for him self.
There were days when things were not so chaotic but now that the damage has been done thanks to a much more materialistic Zeitgeist it’s almost like anything goes.
Trash talking and bravado as well as male machismo are the order of the day. The real function of pro wrestling is entertainment.
We must never forget that since all the impulses of the scenes in the ring take their internal cues from that. And so seriousness and sobriety have gone out the window.
