The iPhone 6 is not on sale yet, but there are already the first iPhone 6 teardown photos surfacing. Steve Hemmerstoffer from NowWhereElse posted several photos from Asian GeekBar saying that they are in the process of an iPhone 6 Teardown.

We expect more photos to appear soon.
The iPhone 6 ships September 19 if you have pre-ordered early enough. The iPhone 6 Plus already has a month delay for those who have pre-ordered two hours too late.
