The acclaimed actor, Matthew McConaughey appeared in an ad campaign for the Lincoln Motor Company.

The “Live in your Moment” campaign by the Lincoln Motor Company has the illustrious actor Matthew McConaughey making an appearance in it.

The cool designs and kinetic moves of the vehicles produced by the car company allow for presence and poise among the lucky drivers. About half a dozen ads got made with McConaughey in them.

The first one will get displayed online starting from the present moment. Matthew will be seen driving the consumer durables and he will explain his thoughts in a very casual yet beautiful way as he takes on the path ahead of him.

His internal monologue will be presented in a passionate and engaging manner. He is truly present in the moment in the ads. Matthew was the perfect gentleman to represent the sort of fully-turned-on drivers of Lincoln Motors.

“I am impressed with how the MKC handles on the open road,” said McConaughey in a press release. “There is an authenticity about this vehicle, and it’s reflected in this campaign. It’s easy to shut out the rest of the world, and Nicolas does a remarkable job of portraying that in these spots.”

Matthew McConaughey was the best choice for telling the audience about the storyline behind the company’s vehicles in a motivating and confident style. In the first ad, McConaughey sets the context for “Live in Your Moment”.

“In these commercials, Matthew is helping us introduce Lincoln’s next chapter of luxury with MKC,” said Matt VanDyke, director, global Lincoln. “Lincoln MKC is extremely important for our brand. It’s our first-ever small premium utility vehicle and Lincoln’s initial entry into the fastest-growing automotive segment.

“This campaign is designed to raise awareness and drive conversation in a creative and surprising way that will appeal emotionally to customers,” added VanDyke. “The results are a great showcase of the MKC design, craftsmanship and driving dynamics, with Matthew engaging the viewer through his dialogue.”

Meanwhile, Matthew was asked by Giuliana Rancic regarding whether he would be the only person in history to be getting an Oscar and an Emmy in the same year.

But Matthew corrected her by saying that George C. Scott won the two back in 1971. “Didn’t George C. Scott [win]? In 1971, I think,” McConaughey corrected Giuliana. “He won an Academy and an Emmy. Or it was similar.”

Matthew is the most eligible person to win both an Oscar and an Emmy this year. Such humongously talented actors as Woody Harrelson, Kevin Spacey and Bryan Cranston are the sort of people Matthew McConaughey is up against.

According to E! News, Matthew said, “The Dallas Buyers Club was a wonderful experience and then I went straight on to do True Detective, another great character. But look at the five guys I’m in the category with. There are some heavyweight performances. There’s a lot of people that deserve it if they win. “

McConaughey might just wind up getting two different awards for his film The Dallas Buyers Club and his television series True Detective respectively.

Whether he is lucky enough is something that only time will tell. He himself has acknowledged that many others besides him have a greater right to win the two awards.

“Downtime for us is sort of when I go to work on a job. I actually like it,” he revealed. “It’s a whole lot simpler for me anyway because I just have a singular focus. We take the family to a great location. The kids and the family go with us so that makes it a whole lot easier. It makes it feel like downtime.”

44-year old Matthew McConaughey is a self-professed workaholic who considers his job as the only time when he can really relax. While he does give some time to his family, most of his days are spent posing for the camera for films, television series and ads.
