You get free Standard Shipping (3–5 business days without a purchase limit. Only oversized handling fee /4/apply. The free shipping offer is valid on shipping to the 48 contiguous states, as well as APO/FPO.
Target has not revealed how long the free shipping on every order will be offered. Free shipping without a limit would definitely would give Target an edge during Black Friday and December sales. In comparison, Amazon has a $35 order limit to receive free shipping.
