Wendy Davis is under Fire in the Media

Her act of using the disability as a means to humiliate Greg Abbott made her fail miserably. The media despised the ad and asked questions from Wendy Davis about her act.

Wendy Davis could not come up with a valid excuse and remained firm in her stance that the ad depicted some other issue while media is focusing on the other and misinterpreting the ad.

The same questioning of media was experienced by Alison Grimes. When she was asked about casting her vote in the elections of 2012, she simply ignored the question. 

This did not work effectively and gave the media a chance to scratch it again and again. Recently, she was again asked the same question and she repeated the same action by ignoring things. 

But this time it went very far, and many newspapers published their stance over her ignorant behavior. This gave rise to innumerable questions. Whether she voted for Obama or not? It became the center of attention.

Wendy Davis, being an attorney, is oblivious to the fact that the result of this ad can be far-reaching. Not only does it humiliate and mock the deplorable condition of Greg Abbott but it also questions Wendy Davis’s attitude towards this disability. 

Greg Abbott has been on a wheelchair for three decades, which is a very long time. Davis should have known the sensitivity of this issue before making the ad public. Now she is facing some very bad feedback from her ad from citizens. This has affected her image as a public figure. 

In my opinion Wendy Davis should have apologized for her act. She should have shown some expressions of regret. This would have cooled down the growing anger among the masses and she would have come out of the notorious popularity. 

The situation is getting worse and no action is being taken by her. These public figures have been a part of the news for many years but recently due to their acts they are becoming unpopular.
