Windows 10 Preview Download Release is Today

Microsoft announced Windows 10 yesterday. Yes. Microsoft decided Windows 9 does not sound well or something. The next version of Windows is Windows 10 and comes in 2015. Today you can download the Windows 10 technology preview. The Windows 10 promise is a bold one: One OS for all devices. Windows 10 will run across broad set of devices: from the Internet of Things, to servers in enterprise data centers worldwide. Some of these devices have 4 inch screens – some have 80 inch screens – and some don’t have screens at all.

Microsoft is also taking another big step involving its customers in the development process. The Windows Insider Program will launch today that gives the most enthusiastic Windows customers the opportunity to shape Windows 10 with Microsoft.

That Microsoft listens to its customers is best shown by the return of the Start menu.

Now that you learned using Windows without the start menu it is coming back. Isn’t that awesome.

Watch Joe Belfiore introducing Windows 10 in the video below. Windows 10 is the best Windows yet. It better be.

Here is how to download Windows 10. The Windows 10 preview will be available for download on preview.windows.com.
